How long will it take for my products to arrive once ordered?

As stated at checkout, delivery will be around 3-5 working days after you have placed your order. 

For anyone who opted for the 'Customer Collection' option at checkout, you may collect your order from me, after one working day from when you placed your order. For anyone who is a client of mine, if you have an appointment upcoming, I can also bring your order with me on the day we have our appointment booked if you don't mind waiting until that date. 


What do I do if I have accidentally ordered the wrong size/scent product when it arrives? 

As long as the product has not been opened/used, you may direct message me on my instagram page and we can discuss and organise returning and re ordering the right product for you.


Returns and Refunds.

All products purchased may be returned for an exchange or replacement within 7 days of being received/delivery. Before returning any products, please ensure to request a return via direct messaging me on instagram. 

If your products arrives damaged during delivery, you again may direct message my instagram page to request a return and replacement product, however I must receive your original damaged product before sending out a new one.

I can ensure that your privacy is protected. Any information asked to be provided, will only be used to identify you when using this website and to send out your parcel.
