Bridal Trial Information

I reccomend a trial to all of my lovely Brides! Its so important to ensure, as a bride to be, you are 100% sure you are confident in yourself, and in me on your wedding day!

I advise to book in your wedding trials with myself, around 6-8 weeks prior to your big day! This then gives you time to make any final decisions you may not have already made, for example, if you will be having your hair up, or your hair down? If you need any hair peices to perfect your bridal hairstyle? It also gives you time to go ahead and purchase the lip colour we may have used on your trial, for you to reapply on your wedding day. You might also need to decide what hair accessories you would like!

All of these small details really do matter, so by having your trial a good few weeks ahead of your day, ensures you time to make these all important final decisions!

Ahead of your Bridal Hair Trial...

I would advise to bring along any hair accessories you will be wearing on your wedding day, IE. Veil ir Hair Slides/ Bands.

Bring along any hair extentions/ hair peices if you would like to trial using them for your bridal hairstyle.

Wash and blow dry your hair either the day before, or the day of (depending on what suites your hair best), but please do not use any hair straigtheners after blow drying, as this may effect the way our hair sits for our trial!

If you feel your hair struggles to hold a style, prior to your trial, once having washed your hair, apply a mousse before blow drying, to give a little extra hold! I would reccomend 'Extra Large Bombshell Volumiser' by Color Wow !

Ahead of your Bridal Makeup Trial...

Please arrive with your skin makeup free!

Go ahead and apply your skin care products as usual, before attending your trial. I do also apply skin care products prior to your makeup.

If you have any makeup products you prefer me to use during your trial, please feel free to bring them along!
IE. Foundations, lipsticks etc.

If you have decided on having a tan for your wedding day. Try to attend your trial with your skin tone as close to what it may be on your wedding day! (You could always book your spray tan trial, a few days before your makeup trial)
This being said, dont worry too much, as i can just addapt your makeup to your skin tone on your wedding day, just please keep in mind, your skin tone it does make a difference to your overall makeup look!)

Wear a lighter coloured item of clothing, to replicate wearing a wedding dress on your big day, as the tone of your clothing can play a big a big part to how you feel in your makeup!

Finally, after your makeup trial, go home and take lots of selfies, to really get a feel of your makeup!
